Ndona Nkembi Muboyayi is the CEO and Founder of Majestic Reign Consulting LLC, a results-driven consulting firm offering expert services in immigration support, business planning, and personal development. Her mission is to help individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex systems and achieve their goals with clarity and purpose.
She is also the Executive Director and Founder of Majestic Reign, Inc., NFP, a STEAM-focused nonprofit that empowers children and young adults through science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, regenerative agriculture, and entrepreneurship education.
Ndona brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, finance, and management to her leadership roles. A former licensed stockbroker in New York City and Toronto, she also has extensive experience in multilingual communication as a professional translator and interpreter. In addition, she is a published author, committed to creating motivational resources that inspire growth and transformation.
Ndona serves on the Executive Committee of the Evanston North Shore Branch of the NAACP, where she is also the Youth Works Chair and Youth Advisor for the NAACP Evanston Branch Youth Council. She is an active member of the Environmental and Climate Justice Committee and the Civic and Political Engagement Committee.
She is deeply connected to her heritage and community, participating actively in both the Congolese Community of Chicago and the Congolese Women's Network based in Canada.
Ndona is passionate about educational equity, intergenerational empowerment, and advancing justice locally and globally.
