Real-Time Interpretation Policy (In-Person & Virtual Services) Majestic Reign Consulting provides professional real-time interpretation services to ensure clear and accurate communication in legal, immigration, medical, business, and community settings. This policy outlines the terms for both in-person and virtual interpretation services to ensure clarity and accountability for all parties. Service Format Virtual Interpretation: Offered via secure video or phone platforms. Clients must ensure a stable internet connection and quiet environment. In-Person Interpretation: Available upon request, depending on interpreter availability and geographic location. Travel fees may apply. Scheduling & Availability Services are by appointment only and must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Same-day or urgent requests may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to interpreter availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment are considered a forfeited session and are non-refundable. Confidentiality & Professional Standards All interpreters operate under strict confidentiality agreements and follow professional codes of conduct. Recording of any session is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from all parties involved. Payment Terms Payment is required in full prior to the scheduled service, unless outlined differently in a signed agreement. Rates vary based on language, session length, and whether the service is in-person or virtual. In-person sessions may incur additional travel or accommodation fees. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants are prepared and available at the scheduled time. For virtual sessions, clients must test their equipment beforehand to prevent disruptions or disconnections. If an interpreter is kept waiting more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time without communication, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show.
